Constructed of dark blue grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a mobile swastika, overlaid by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a pair of lightning bolts executed in multi tone silver grey, the reverse retaining a black rayon cloth liner, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics of production by the
