Ashes of a departed loved one can be stored inside through a screw opening at the bottom. The back is clean for adding an engraving should you want one. We recommend once ashes are added that you use a tiny spot of glue when sealing it to keep the screw from getting loose with wear. Size 3 8" wide by approx 5 8" long. Made of recycled
