Germany, Kriegsmarine. A U-Boat Front Clasp, Bronze Grade, By Schwerin certificate_of_authenticity leaf design on shank(U Boot Frontspange in Bronze). Constructed of bronzed zinc, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel wreath, joined together by crossed swords and topped by a Kriegsmarine style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, overlaid by a raised U Boat on a hollow background, flanked on each side by six oak leaves, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked SCHWERIN, BERLIN and designer marked
