Sealed LC Jar/Lid Kit (1000 ml) - Injection Port Our proprietary agar recipe provides*No Liquid Culture Media Included* This 1000 ml jar (regular mouth) has been designed exclusively for liquid mycelium cultures. This is the sealed version with no vents for air exchange. There is a 13. 2 mm self healing injection port on the lid and a magnetic stir bar is included. This kit does not include the liquid culture media and is not shipped sterile. You must provide the liquid media and heat sterilize before beginning the liquid culture.
